Want to occupy your 2-3 year old for hours on end, keeping them away from writing on the wall with permanent markers and other offenses? Try the Dinosaur Piggy Bank. Our newborn received this as a gift and we can't believe how his sister has taken to spending oodles of time fooling around with it.
What is it? A three-foot wooden dinosaur (you are able to customize it with your kids' name)that has a coin slot as a mouth. Or, better yet, you can spirit the change away only to be "discovered" and then allow your little one the opportunity to do it all again. Last week-end I attended our friends' sons' birthday party. I have NEVER laughed so hard at a puppet show as Idid at Nick Barone's T-Rex Thunderlizard Wild West Revue. It is a fusion of dinosaurs and the wild west, naturally, with hysterical puppets,traditional cowboy songs about dinosaurs, and more. If you live in the San Francisco Bay Area I highly recommend hiring the show. I am tempted to have it for my own birthday!
